Absolute Return	100%	70% of final growth (averaged over the last 12 months)	as option 3 but for investors wanting to exchange the minimum return for higher growth prospects

The Capital protection only applies if you leave your money invested for the full 5 year term. If you encash your investment early, you may experience some loss of capital or investment return

The return delivered with options 3 and 4 grows over the first 4 years, without averaging being applied.  It is only during the last 12 months that averaging is used with the aim of reducing the effect of volatility during the last year.
